With her Master’s degree training and experience as teacher and counselor, as well as 30+ years as a full-time professional Realtor, Carol is well-suited to provide all the help and advice needed to complete your desired real estate transaction.  Carol, together with her life & business partner Skip, can usually find creative ways to get you to your real estate goals.  

After more than a half-century of effective teaming with Skip as teachers, parents, rancher/farmers, political campaigners, and business owners Carol is now limiting her real estate practice to a few select clients at a time so that she has more time for her “other loves” and takes time for their family of friends.  Whether playing her piano or orchestrating a sale, Carol attempts to hit every note squarely and to everyone’s satisfaction.

Carol truly enjoys helping others achieve their goals.  When she’s not working with real estate clients you’ll likely find her enjoying their farm, in her garden, her quilting room or on the tennis court.  She says of all her many titles her all-time favorite is “Grandma Carol”.


Carol loves the sea, as seen here caressing the mast of their Lake Michigan Hunter Passage 450 which she fondly called her “dreamboat”.  That was taken on her 60th birthday which is now but a very fond memory.


Her main passions are family and pets (including rescuing orphaned wild animals).
